Just watched Grimm.
I think its rather shit. I mean its just like the dark Fairy tale version of Supernatural.
It’s so cute when Supernatural fans get all stupid without actually knowing anything about Grimm. They’re both contemporary paranormal and share other broad genre traits, but seriously. You have to be touched in the head to think Grimm is a rip-off of or anything like Supernatural or even trying to be like Supernatural. I pretty much assume any SPN fan who says this stuff just knows nothing at all about the paranormal genre outside their little bubble, because they are so very different, aesthetically and narratively. More so narratively because they do share some aesthetic elements, but SPN is far, far from the first show to go the dark/gritty paranormal route.
I really need to write that post that compares them element by element, side by side, in small words, so all the SPN fans getting their knickers in a knot can see how they’re nothing alike really.
